A splash pad is a water playground! It has water jets, sprinklers, fountains and much more, with a brightly covered surface. The range of features and the areas in it are intended to cater for toddlers, children and teens.
The design of a splash pad is intended to be fully accessible with a single surface surrounded by grass/pavement. There is no standing water.
